A northern identity will continue to unite Mammuttihirtti and Kärpät in the years to come

Mammuttihirsi and Oulun Kärpät are continuing their long-standing partnership with a new multi-year agreement. For Oulu-based Mammuttihirsi, this is about gaining significant visibility within a wider context. The company aims to establish itself strongly as a representative of Northern Finnish construction expertise. Kärpät is seen as a sought-after partner due to their shared roots and strong regional standing, and over the years the club has become an important and natural partner for Mammuttihirsi.

Kärpät is one of Finland’s best-known sports brands and, at the same time, a powerful symbol of Northern Finland. A community has grown up around the club, extending far and wide across Finland. Mammuttihirsi recognises this same northern way of doing things in its own work as well.

– We build homes all over Finland, but our work is deeply rooted in the north. “Kärpät embodies the same pride in our roots and in what we do in the north that Mammuttihirsi also strongly identifies with,” says Ilpo Nylander.

– With a more comprehensive and high-profile package than in previous years, we are building our brand more effectively. “With this extended partnership agreement covering the next three Liiga seasons, we want to demonstrate our commitment and long-term vision,” Nylander continues.

For Kärpät, the involvement of local businesses is an important part of the club’s activities. The upcoming Liiga season will raise the stakes even further, which underlines the importance of long-term partnerships in the years to come as well.

– It is a major development for us that our partnership with Mammuttihirre is set to continue. We are truly delighted with this multi-year contract extension, which is based, above all, on long-term collaboration. We are united by a shared vision: the desire to be a strong and significant player in Northern Finland within our respective fields,’ says Ilkka Mikkola, Sales Director at Kärpät.

Under the new agreement, Mammuttihirsi will continue to feature at Kärpät’s match events, on digital channels and in joint content packages in the coming seasons.
